Montgomery County arrests, Dec. 31

The county clerk in Montgomery County reported the following arrests on Dec. 31:

Oluseye Feli Adesegun, of 2507 Pembrooke Springs, Spring, TX 77373, was arrested on alleged charges of theft to property ($20,000 to $100,000) and fraudulent use or possession of identifying information (less than 5).

Edvardo Albe Alvarado was arrested on alleged charges of motion to adjudicate guilt and possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (less than 1 gram) an INS immigration violation. Alvarado's address is listed as 1024 Bertrand, Conroe, TX 77301.

Livorio Alvarez was arrested on alleged charges of driving while intoxicated (third offense or more) and an accident involving the injury or death of a person. Alvarez's address is listed as 405 Silverdale St., Conroe, TX 77301.

Christopher Bl Cathey, of 25335 Budde Road Apt 636, Spring, TX 77380, was arrested on alleged charges of driving while intoxicated 2nd.

Terence James Coleman, of 24326 Spencer Terr., Magnolia, TX 77355, was arrested on alleged charges of tampering or fabricating physical evidence.

Ricky Shane Cortes was arrested on alleged charges of manufacture, delivery of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (4 to 200 grams), possession of a penalty group 3 controlled substance (less than 28 grams) and possession of a dangerous drug.
