The Montgomery County district clerk reported the following criminal felony indictments on May 16:

Jennifer G. Sewell was indicted at the 284th District Court on a charge of theft.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred on June 6, 2003.

October Lanay Davison in custody at Montgomery County Jail
