    Is there such a thing as 'Woodlands prices?'

    I was at a gathering during the holidays where the subject of "Woodlands prices" came up.
    I had never heard of this before, but some residents say there are two sets of prices, primarily for services such as carpet cleaning, work done around the house, i.e. repairs, lawn maintenance, etc.
