Benchmark Hospitality International is relocating its international headquarters to 4 Waterway Square in The Woodlands Town Center. according to Dan Leverett, vice president of commercial for The Woodlands Development Company.
Benchmark, a worldwide organization operating properties in major metropolitan and resort destinations, has been located in The Woodlands since the company was founded by Burt Cabañas in 1980. The company will be relocating to 17,038-square-foot offices at 4 Waterway Square in April. The new Class A, nine-story, 216,000-square-foot building overlooks The Woodlands Waterway® and is situated in the prestigious Waterway Square District. The area features upscale shops, restaurants and the Fountains at Waterway Square, a public gathering place with magnificent fountains choreographed to music.
