Powell Elementary School parents were notified today that an eighth grade girl who attends McCullough Junior High School reported to CISD police officers she saw a man exposing himself on a bike path.

The student reported that while walking to school on the Creekwood bike path at approximately 8:20 a.m. Friday she observed a man exposing himself near the Creekwood Condos and soccer fields.

The student described the man as white, in his mid 20s, wearing a blue baseball cap and light blue sweater. She said the man ran past her twice without saying anything.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department was notified and is the primary investigative agency in the incident and will work collaboratively with the Conroe ISD Police Department on the case.
