    Mrs. Texas International 2009, Bonnie Hubert, unveils new CASA license PlateMrs. Texas International 2009, Bonnie Hubert, unveils new CASA license PlateMrs. Texas International 2009, Bonnie Hubert, unveiled the new CASA license plate which will provide a donation to CASA Court Appointed Special Advocates with the sale of each one. Bonnie Hubert has been championing this cause for the past year upon initially winning the title of Mrs. Woodlands. The CASA license plates are $30; to personalize them, add an additional $40. They can be renewed annually.

    CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Child Advocates of Montgomery County, Inc. recruits, trains and supports volunteers to advocate for the best interest of abused and neglected children under the jurisdiction of the courts.
